Are you accepting new clients? 

I am not accepting new clients at the moment.  I have a waitlist in effect, please reach out if you wish to be added to the list.

What are your fees?

Effective January 1, 2026- $160 + HST for a 60-minute session and 

$240 for a 90-minute session.

You may be covered by insurance/benefits for counselling and psychotherapy. I suggest checking with your provider to see if you are covered specifically for psychotherapy by a Registered Psychotherapist or Certified Counsellor as well as inquiring how much you are covered for per session and per year.

​I provide an emailed receipt after your session is paid for. This will include the necessary information for you to submit to your provider for reimbursement. I do not do direct billing at this time.

Do you see couples, families, and children as well?

I have chosen to focus my practice solely on individuals at this time. I typically work with teens and adults, age 16 and up.

Do you see clients in-person or online only?

I love to work with clients in-person at my office as well as online. Many clients I have see me in-person and online depending on scheduling and what works best for them.
